Terms of Service

I. Copyright and Usage- I retain all rights to my artwork and may post commissioned artwork to public online platforms (e.g. Deviantart) and use commissioned artwork as an example for advertisement or self-promotion purposes. I do not take private commissions.- Commissioned artwork or artwork received through art trades, forum games, etc. is free for personal use and monetized content, but not commercial merchandising.You can: use as an avatar, banner, or page decoration; re-upload to your socials or galleries; use in monetized content (e.g. Youtube videos)
You can NOT: sell prints of my artwork or use my artwork on stickers, t-shirts, etc; use my artwork for anything relating to NFTsII. Commission Process-1-3 months is the general time-frame. Smaller commissions like sketches and headshots are usually finished within a week.- Commissions are to be paid upfront with the exception of full scenes, which may be paid upfront or after the initial rough concept is sent.
- Provide a clear, un-shaded character reference. Further details are not required, but you can be as vague or specific as you want for poses, expressions, and backgrounds.
- Commissioners will be sent a rough colored concept for approval before progressing with the commission*. Once the concept is approved, I will continue working on the commission and send regular WIPs. If there is no response within a week of sending the concept and the commission has already been paid for, the commission will be finished without input- a new rule I unfortunately have to add due to multiple experiences with clients not responding to my messages for months.* does not apply to headshot and sketch commissions which will be finished in one sittingIII. Refunding
- I do not accept refunds on completed work.
- If a commission has not been completed within three months, you can request a full or partial refund depending on whether or not the commission is in progress.
- I can cancel a commission at any time. If the commission is cancelled, you will be refunded in full, regardless of whether or not the commission has been started.IV. Adoptable Characters/Designs
- Same rules apply for my original artwork of the adopted character design, but the character design itself is free to use for anything including commercial merchandise.
You can: change the design and species; re-use design elements or color palettes to make another character; re-sell the design; sell merchandise of the character as long as the artwork used for said merchandise is your own.
